Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Vacation Home Cleaner to join our team. This position is a year round non-seasonal position. It requires the flexibility to travel within 50 miles outside of Rapid City and work at least every other weekend. The successful candidate must be able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between the times of 10am and 7pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of short-term rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms.

  • Ensure all assigned properties meet our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

  • Travel to various properties as needed.

  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to your supervisor promptly.

  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory as needed.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least every other weekend.

  • Must be able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, with availability between 10am and 7pm.

  • Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and a willingness to travel to different properties.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
